Shipping Policy
At ILQI, we believe in transparency and accuracy when it comes to shipping your orders. Below you will find all the details about our order processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and restrictions. We want you to know exactly what to expect, in line with industry best practices and platform policies.
Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: We typically process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. (Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.) This prompt handling helps ensure your order ships out quickly. In rare cases of high order volume, processing may take a day or two longer; if so, we will notify you by email.

Fulfillment Method: Order is shipped directly from our third-party supplier’s warehouse to you. Our trusted suppliers prepare and send out your items on our behalf. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses – in such cases, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package. We do this to offer you a wider range of products and keep shipping free for all orders.
Shipping Destinations

United States Only: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (domestic U.S. shipping). International shipping is not available at this time.

Unavailable Locations: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We also cannot deliver to certain U.S. locations outside the continental mainland. Excluded areas include: Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories/protectorates (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and others). We apologize for any inconvenience to customers in those regions.
(These destination restrictions are in place because our carriers and suppliers may not support delivery to these addresses. Orders with a shipping address in an unsupported location will be canceled and refunded, with notification to the customer.)
Shipping Costs & Methods

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no order minimum and no additional shipping fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price – shipping is on us.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via standard shipping service (ground or economy shipping). At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options. We strive to keep shipping free and reliable, but this means we cannot provide overnight or two-day delivery. Most orders will be delivered by a major carrier, depending on the supplier and destination. The carrier is chosen to ensure your package arrives within the estimated timeframe.

No Signature Required: Typically, our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. The package will be left at your address if it is secure to do so. (If you have specific delivery requirements or concerns, please contact us when placing your order.)
Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Timeline: For U.S. orders, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. This timeline includes the transit time after your order leaves the warehouse. Please note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Explanation of Timeline: In most cases, you can expect your package within about 1.5 to 3 weeks after it ships. For example, if your order ships on a Monday, it will likely arrive by the following week or the week after. Keep in mind that this is an estimate. Some orders may arrive sooner toward the 7-day end of the window, while others may take the full 14 business days, especially if traveling to remote locations.

No Guaranteed Delivery Date: All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While the vast majority of packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays can occur. Factors such as weather disruptions, carrier logistical issues, or high seasonal demand might occasionally prolong delivery beyond 14 business days. We will do our best to inform you if we become aware of any widespread shipping delays that could affect your order.
Order Tracking

Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Every order we ship comes with a unique tracking code at no extra cost to you. (If you do not see the tracking email within a few days of ordering, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.)

Tracking Your Package: You can use the tracking number provided to follow the shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website or our Order Tracking page. Note that it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped. This is normal – please allow the carrier time to scan and register the package in their system.

Multiple Packages: If your order is arriving in multiple shipments (for instance, if part of your order is fulfilled by a different supplier), you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and they may have different delivery dates. We will send you an email for each shipment so you know what to expect and when.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments
We strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, but occasionally issues beyond our control can arise in transit. Here’s how we handle such situations:

Shipping Delays: As noted, occasional delays may happen due to weather, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen events. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the 7–14 business day window, please contact us. We will reach out to the carrier to investigate the status and keep you informed. While we cannot guarantee speedier delivery than the estimates provided, we will do our best to help resolve any delay issues.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that the package has not updated for an unusually long time or is past the estimated delivery date with no update, please let us know. We consider a package potentially lost if it’s well outside the expected delivery timeframe with no tracking movement. In such cases, we will work with the carrier to trace the shipment. We are not liable for packages lost in transit by the carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement whenever possible. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will evaluate lost package situations on a case-by-case basis to make sure you’re taken care of.

Damaged Packages: All orders leave our facilities (or our suppliers’ warehouses) in new, intact condition. If your order arrives with physical damage due to shipping, please do the following: (1) Take photos of the damage to the package and/or items, (2) Contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the damage and file a claim, and (3) reach out to us with the details. While the carrier is responsible for in-transit damage, we will support you in the claims process. In some cases, we may send a replacement item or otherwise make it right once the damage is verified. We ask that you report any such issues within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.

Wrong or Missing Items: In the rare event you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order (and the tracking shows it was delivered), please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for a photo of the received items, and we will investigate the error. If it was our mistake or a supplier fulfillment error, we will of course send the correct item or refund you.
(For issues of package loss or damage, we may also require a sworn statement from the customer for insurance purposes. Our team will guide you through any necessary steps in the claim process.)
